Warranty Claims

All Cornilleau outdoor tables have a 10 year guarantee against manufacturing defects whilst indoor tables have a 3 year guarantee. This guarantee excludes wearing parts such as wheels, the net and net posts.  For all warranty claims we need the reference and serial number for your table.  This can be found on a small white sticker on the underside of one of the tops - please see the below image as an example:

Table Flatness

All tables are manufactured according to the EN regulation 14468-1. This regulation allows for a certain amount of tolerance and this varies depending upon the classification of the table you have purchased. The product pages detail which classification each table falls under and the amount of tolerance for each is shown below:

  • Class A: 4mm
  • Class B: 7mm
  • Class C: 10mm
  • Class D: 15mm

The correct way to measure the flatness of your top is to lay a piece of wood (or spirit level) across the playing surface diagonally and measure the gap between the wood and the playing surface. The below diagram may help:

Issues with Locking mechanism

Cornilleau's folding system is amongst the safest and easiest to use. If you are having difficulty opening or closing the table, you may need to relaign the locks - please see the below instructions which are also included with your table assembly instructions:
